Okay, why isn't there a dolphin pokemon?!?!?! I mean there's ridiculous things like eels, and skunks, but not DOLPHIN pokemon?!?!?!

Hopefully next Gen. It's another Water Pokemon that has a bad fish Pokemon as its Basic (Magikarp), then evolves into a really good Dolphin Pokemon.
Magikarp -------> Gyrados = Good
Feebas ---------> Miltotic = Good
Fish ------------> Dolphin = Good
