Thunderstorm/Meltdown Secret Decks

I heard some posts concerning SDs that would be unveiled at Worlds. Did such decks appear?

i think it was something with Charizard Delta, Delcatty and mantine Delta.

i dunno if it was the new claydol EX or a real deck.

I have no clue what Thunderstorm and Flamestorm are, but the secret deck was called Meltdown.
Nobody used it.
