its a little high but it works fine

and i didnt put in celios because great balls for basics and emls for evolutions

strategy: basic snipe with empoleon and lucario use budew to get about any trainer and use absol ex
to move around damage

you have no Evolved EX so elm is worst than celio since il cant' grab basics.

also: consider dual ball instead of great ball since you have no other way to grab absol EX beside drawing at random into them
 
If you really want to use Elm's over Celio's, that's cool. But I would replace the Great Balls with either Dual Ball, or Holon Mentor, that way you can get Absol ex out.

add 1 riolu and 1 lucario lv x
3 castaway, 3 cessation, 1 strenght, 1 shard work pretty fine
2 great ball and 1 mentor (with castaway) for grab basic
-2 copycat +2 rowan (for steven)
- 1 switch + 1 warp point because wp can help you to win a bad match

This deck is having so many problems can somebody give me some kind of deck that s doing good? I tried it with show cards and i didnt do that great so im going to stick to empoleon and tranitar for now. But can somebody show me a good list because people say this deck is good empoleon and lucario...
 
Your list is bad because with 2 Absol, you're going to start with them a good amount of time, and that's an easy 2 prize bait for Infernape and other fast decks. I say don't even use Budew. Your second problem is you don't have enough draw or rare candy. And Elm's should never go over Celio's unless you're dealing with EX's. I'd take out a couple energy too.
 
budew are good and most people will use freligatar over infernape, and if i do get an absol ex
i have enough search cards to help get other pokemon.
 
Skull Bash is on the money. Absol ex is a bad start. His power is nice but you really don't need him with Empoleon & Lucario. Similarly you are better off attacking quickly with Prinplup or Lucario/Rilu than you are trying to get set up with Budew. You WANT the quick attack and damage spread so that you can scramble and win later on. You don't need the careful setup of Empoleon on the bench while Budew does no damage.

Ape is going to see play.
 
i havent got an absol ex yet only in my hand on the first turn. Ape is going to be played but not as much because the holon engine is gone and it wont be played as much.......
 
The deck I'm using with Empoleon is pretty similar, but it runs Octillary over Lucario, since it is more of a pure bench hitter. I run 2 Absol in that, but I'll probably reduce to 1, since I do start with it alittle too often. Listen to these guys, use only 1 Absol ex.

I also decided to use Octillery. It's an underrated card. Absol I think shouldn't be in this deck though. You can already spread damage effectively enough.
