Does anyone know any poker sites where you can deposit money using your paypal account balance, NOT a a credit card on your paypal?
 
I don't think so.

You could pay someone using paypal and get them to transfer you money. Thats what one of my friends whos credit card wasnt working did.

Oh, and I don't know any programs that accept PayPal.

In terms of poker, that is an incorrect statement. In poker you are only playing against other players, so the odds are as good as your skill.

People say poker has skill. No. Online poker is almost all luck since you can't effectively chat and use the same observation skills as one would in a man-to-man poker. Even offline poker is almost all luck IMHO

Another thing, say their are 8 people playing and it is a winner-take-all tournament, only ONE person will win. There will be seven miserable people.
