Pokémon TCG: Sword and Shield—Brilliant Stars

Is Eggsecutor Mt To Broken

How is it broken?

You're paying one energy to do the same thing as Raichu (grab two energies), but Raichu does this energyless. :/

Or are you talking about the attack that actually deals damage.

Well... It's broken if you have a fixed dice. Other then that, an average of 30 damage per every two energies attached to yourself and the defending pokemon doesn't seem TOO broken. ESPECIALLY with it only being BASIC energies.

...Yeah. 4 for 60 doesn't seem too impressive. You're not going to get too many energies off your opponent's pokemon with all of the special energies being played, unless you're fighting a Garchomp deck. :[ And... Garchomp OHKOs you if it has a Fire Energy, or even something as simple as Strength Charm. :[[[

It's not broken becuase hp stinks, fliping coins is'nt that relieable(sp?) , and can't boost it.

No.
THIS Exeggutor is broken! Hope Nintendo would reprint that Eggs...

Exactly. If you think that the new Eggs is broken, check out the FR/LG one. The MT Exeggutor is far from broken. At 90 HP, it's not going to stay in play long enough to get a decent amount of energy on it. Couple that with the fact that many people play decks that utilize everything but Basic Energy and you have what essentially looks like something promising but isn't. I ended up playing with that card in the MT Prereleases and I could hardly make it broken.

Situations you cannot use the word broken in:

Cards that are not that good.
A chat up line:

"Wow what broken breasts you have there"

Just a :grass: Energyzer... Eggs from RF/LG is Broken... a Built in Oak and the Best attack with Boost/Scramble.

Ooooooooookay then.

Eggs is hardly broken. Let's not forget, it's only BASIC energy that it can flip for. The ONLY thing it REALLY is useful for is gathering energy. That's it.

eggs is ridiculously broken. dont you see?!?! dont you get it?!?! a flip for EVERY basic energy, on both you AND the defending pokemon! i can see neo genesis slowking and sneasel flash before my eyes! we must go to pokemon usa headquarters at once and recommend an immediate ban before its too late!!

lol?

It's a nice energizer, as has been said, and its attack is definitely fun. Unreliable, though. Most situations, nowadays, call for an exact, calculated amount of damage so that strategies are fullfilled. String Bomb is fun, and a 'lucky' attack. I think it is a good addition to grass decks as a 2-2 line, MAYBE, but not broken.

Its a fun tech with Raichu DP2, thats for sure.

But broken? Definitely not. Its great when you can get energy fed to him from a source. but his HP's are a problem. He's OHKO'd by Infernape, which is a staple deck, even with Emp still floating around.

I think its potential is still strong though. EVEN if it is flippy, the die rolls will add up, and its 30 damage for each head, thats a potential of 30 damage per one colorless. You can't say its bad, because Venusaur/Eggs Jungle decks were still seen as a staple in the original meta way back when Base Set and Jungle were the two big decks, and Big Eggsplosion was also flippy. This one is very similar to that one, and Energy Trans is still in Standard, unless I am mistaken, plus theres a lot of energy synergy in format right now.

Its still definitely not broken though. Its fragile, difficult to get out of combat without switch/WP and is weak to a commonly seen deck. It still has loads of potential, however.

And you never put more than 3-4 energies on it, even if you're trying to get the biggest most crazy energy possible. (It IS possible to get 4 quick energy on it too, Raichu does a good job of that.)
