The basic idea of the deck is to do massive drawing and energy discarding with catty and TVR. Constrain breaks down the hand into 6. Discarding a lot of cards from the hand. Magmortar as your first attacker with your Flame Drumming. The Ape Lv.X uses Flare Up and gives you back 8 energy. Repeat the cvcle until your deck is only energy and you can get 8 energy in the discard in ywo turns. So every other turn, use flare up. And Latias Ex d as a starter.

The Strategy sounds good, but forum rules state that you must accompany it with a deck list, I think(it's vice versa most of the time).

What's the point of latias ex d as a starter? An ex with relatively low hp that can't attack 1st turn and has 2 retreat?
