So, I play a straight Infercatty deck, but a bunch of people at my league started playing MT Feraligatr, Delcatty/Delcatty ex, and PK Magneton. This is the most broken deck I've ever faced! It won yesterday's and today's BRs, undefeated!! Infernape is weak. Somebody, PLEASE, tell me how to beat this deck!!

Meganium d+Feraligatr d pwnz the crap out of Gatr. I played MegGatr today and wipped out several Gatrs. They are weak to my Gatr and my Meg is resistant. And with Meganium's delta reduction you reduce 60 damage from Gatr's attacks. I also play Cess Crystal..Dun dun dun.

Play as many copies of TGW as you can.
If you win on the RPS, you can slow them down for about 2 Turns.

From what I've seen, RPS does little to nothing to them if they run the typical Hurricane setup. It isn't hard at all to get the deck going, and small hands aren't enough to stall.

It's not that great of a deck, it's easy to metagame, even easier to play a deck that has a half decent matchup against it. Anything aggressive beats it =\

I have a hard time seeing how it's going to survive in this metagame, especially because t2/quick decks look to be more dominant than setup decks this season thus far. Any decent t2 deck will have at least a 50/50 matchup with it.

guess that's krickitune out of the question then ;p

I won a BR with Hurricane yesterday, only lost to a Mario (skitty, lol) and it works great, why do they use Delcatty Ex??? any deck that plays castaway/cc give this deck troubles, if you can t get the windstorm you louse, unless you top deck everything you need

Yeah, Cessation Crystal is going to be much more powerful this season than last, because draw power just isn't the same this format. That's why power reliant decks won't be as dominant this year either.

I think we finally understand each other my friend.

This is exactly what I have bin saying, TGW does almost NOTHING against Hurricane. I can very easily get my hand back, and if you loose I can Breaking Tail, and cut you down to a 2 card hand. Now just try to come back from that!

Oh if you wan't a good deck that can beat Hurricane, and most other decks in the format, use Blissy. The card is WAY more broken than Gatr, and Gatr is pretty darn broken.

problem with blissy is that you got to spam it with energy. it dies, you lose **** loads of energy. great!

i think catty is too vulnerable to be played, and catty is what makes gatr and ape. nice

seriously, slap a cessation, TGW, gatr...goodbye, unless you magically topdeck a windstorm. chances... low

Make sure not to tell them I helped make a gret list for Gatr that includes Dactyl d (lol) . Use Eelectivire. Add TecHs. Make a TecH deck. Gatr is broken. If you play Inferncatty add a TecH or else it is an auto-loss.
