Electivire Code finally revealed in PBR!!!

I am currently at a computer lab, since I am out of a class right now, and I've decided to look at Serebii's update, and it just so happens that the code for getting a Male adamant Electivire has been finally revealed. The codes were announced in June, and here is how to get the Electivire:

BA16-X4SH-E2AT = Put this in your self introduction page when editing the details of your character. If you got it right, and saved it, you've got Electivire.

The Magmortar code is coming soon. (ugh, why not release that one too with Vire?)
 
The IV's are not fixed, so if you guys want Perfect IV's, feel free to keep resetting until you get them.

How do you reset for better IV's in PBR's mystery gift?
 
I would suggest just not saving the game after you received your gift.

Turn off your power, and then pick up your gift again.
 
I forgot he was always Adamant. Does the guy at the PokeMart appear, or does it go directly into your party/box?
 
Anyone know how many Electivire's can be recieved from PBR to one game? I know you can have multiple DS's recieve the signal when it's sent. But say i get it, and then some other time i want to get another one, is there a limit on it? Like Manaphy from Pokemon Ranger can only be sent from the game once. Meaning if you restart the game, it won't give out another Manaphy.
 
You can only receive the PBR surfing Pikachu once, no matter how many PBR games you try. I'm assuming it's the same for the Shocking Secret Gift (Electivire).

The upside is, if you have a friend come over at a later point, you can still download Pokemon for them...it's a cost of 0 points, and it's effectively unlimited as far as how many different cartridges can download it.

Anyone know if you can download the same item prize multiple times? (As in, I redeemed points for Leftovers. I picked up the gift, wiped the Wonder card from my Mystery Gift selection. Can I redeem points for Leftovers and get the gift again, or am I throwing away the points into the ether?)
