BALL vs CASTAWAY

tom hanks as he gets a supporter, energy, and tool and is beneficial in many ways. the ball engine only gets pokemon at is more luckysacky.
 
Castaway is the play. There are some great tool cards out there now, e.g. Crystal Shard, Strength Charm, and Cessation Crystal. Being able to grab an energy is nice too! Castaway is much more versatile with it's selection. Supporters are the key to victory.

Some speed-based decks work better with the Ball Engine though. But the majority of decks work better with Castaway.
 
The ones that arn't between your legs. Dusk ball, Dual ball, Quick Ball, Master ball, Great ball. I think Great ball can be a good tech in almost any deck. Quick ball is amazing in any deck that only runs like one or two lines. Kriketune is really good IMO. Master ball saw play for a bit as did dual ball but its not worth it now.

Crystal Shard, Strength Charm, and Cessation Crystal are pretty much the ONLY tools being played in the format. You need to at least have 3-4 of one in each deck except crystal shard, thatz pure tech.

Overall Castaway>Any of the balls.
 
actually he didn't really answer my question since my his answer pertained to truck enigines while my question was about the TRUK engine which are 2 entirely diffrent things.
 
...He did give you an answer though. You didn't specify which thing you were talking about.

I'd say Castaway is better, simply because it does more in the end vs. the different poke balls (Quick ball, Great Ball, etc.)
 
How can you compare Castaway with Ball engine? :confused:

I mean... they are diferent... pichu bros give the explanation...
 
Exactly, you're asking a question that's incredibly situational, and who's to say you just can't run both?
