Most recently, 366. Why is Itachi there? Is that really him? I would have thought if Karin could detect Naruto's group, couldn't she have found Itachi was nearby?

Something seems fishy about him being there, but no one else could use the sharingan like that, so I'm kind of lost...

jiraiya is going to die =*( just my prediction though.

Um i dont think it is the real itachi. perhaps a clone like the one in early shippuden

Konan's origami butterfly jutsu thing just weirded me out. Is there ANYTHING you can't do with chakra? Where will Kishimoto draw the line? "Oh, I totally integrated a dead guy's soul into my body and soon I'll be taken over entirely by him. Yeah, I used my chakra."
 
Out of curiosity, is it possible to tickle someone to death with a feather?

Otherwise, I'm definately looking forward to the Itachi vs Sasuke battle, and possibly one between Jiraiya and that rain guy.

And with the revelation of Hanzou, we finally know where the title of Sannin came from. Pein must be a real threat if Jiraiya is shocked about Hanzou's defeat. I'm definently seeing a Pein vs. Jiraiya battle..Or perhaps Pein will be too much and Jiraiya will be insta-killed. And what about Konan? I'm dying for the Itachi vs. Sasuke fight and perhaps what will be Itachi telling Sasuke everything that we REALLY REALLY want to know. Like Itachi's true motives and perhaps something about Tobi or why he let Sasuke live this long.
 
Hmm. Well, I suppose that you could make someone die of exertion if you tickle them for like forty-eight hours nonstop. ;x

Well, that's certainly an interesting back story between Jiraiya and Pein + his buddies. Now will they continue with this story, or will they switch back to Sasuke vs Itachi?

That's not confirmed.. In fact, my theory is the light haired boy in the flashback IS Pein, and the dark haired boy who killed the rain chunin is simply one of Pein's bodies he can use.

Now, you see the 4th Hokage obviously and 2 other unknown Genin. ONE of them could possibly be Konan, but the last one looks nothing like the other 2 in Jiraiya's flashback.

So my theory is one of these two occured:

1. That perhaps something happened to Pein and the other guy, but not Konan, hence why Jiraiya brought here along and why only she calls Jiraiya sensei so far.

2. They were an "unofficial" team Jiraiya had, and the one with the 4th Hokage possibly takes place either before or after this war. I mean, Jiraiya could have easily had multiple teams at different times before leaving Konoha and wandering about.
 
So, Jiraiya vs Pain.

Who wins? And why is Pain only relying on Summons? and who are the 2 frogs Jiraiya summoned?

Thats a lot of questions... I'm just looking for opinions...

Speaking of which, 376 is now out. Hermit mode looks a bit odd, and who would have thought some sage toad had predicted most of what's happened regarding him and Pein?
