Doing this the right way, Vireiss

What are some good strategies for a deck that runs Electivire and Blissey? Warp Point is pretty good, but what Trainers, Tools, and Stadiums go well with the Electivire & Blissey strat. Would a 2-2 line of Raichu be a good Strategy with Blissey and Electivire? Would Super Scoop up be a good strategy w/ Blissey and Electivire? Would you run any Set-up pokemon with Blissey and Electivire? What would good metagame tech be in a deck that runs Blissey and Electivire?

I don't know what would be a good strat with them, but I just wanted to say Vireiss is actually a good name and one of the first good names I've seen on here in a real long time.

Yes, i know, but think in that:

If they use something to stop your Catty, they will pay for it... Vire discards Cessation and Frontier and become invencible. And if they dont try to stop, you keep on drawing...

I think a 1-1 line dont hurt...
