Strategy:

Delcatty energy draw's, while infernape deal a lot of damage every turn.
Once the DRE energy's are used, send a delcatty ex to clean up the rest.

take out tsd for nm so if you need to upstream or flare up and u cant and you have no more cards you can use night maintience

You'll see some changes.
 
It looks pretty good, but in general I think that any ape deck is a dangerous play. There are just to many good water decks for it to be really good. If you don't have much water type decks in your area this could be a good play, but just be carefull.

It may be a good idea to have a back up deck that isn't weak to water, to take to the tourny if posible. That way, before the tourny starts, you can take a look at what ppl are playing and base your decision on what deck to use on that. That way you arn't doomed if every one else shows up with Empoleon. lol
