So the Silvestro's think it is alright to mock Aussie culture *AND* the Aussie flag at Worlds? That is pretty disgusting. Have us Australian Pokemon players ever mocked YOUR flag or YOUR culture? No. We have not. It is obvious you have a bone to pick with a few, if not, alot of us. Pick that bone with those people PERSONALLY and do not just sit there hiding behind all your buddies bagging out an entire CONTINENT and HUNDREDS OF YEARS of heritage and culture.

Al told me about what the Silvestros did at the Grinders - they did not just mock Aussies but they also mocked Kiwis, if I rememeber recalling it correctly.

But everybody else's "oh my gosh that person did that" threads are allowed? Doesn't make much sense to me. Mocking an entire nation is deserving of a public apology.
 
So everybody thinks it is "Unacceptable content for Pokegym" for these simple reasons;

1) Flaming_Spinach said it
2) The Silvestro's are in the firing line.


You know what I think? I think that what Steven was going on with was totally unacceptable for a WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP, where races and countries from all around the world supposedly play in a "Fun, yet competitive environment with players from around the globe". BLATANT RACISM is obviously, therefore, NOT ACCEPTABLE.

So stop defending them. It is not like we are asking for them to be burnt on a crucifix, we are simply asking for an APOLOGY.
 
First off, if something was done at Worlds that you're not happy with, email POP.
Believe me, they have issued major bans at these big events for conduct that is not appropriate.
Secondly, though, you are posting accusations without giving even the slightest detail of those accusations.
So, this thread amounts to slander or libel and is locked.

Seriously, if you really want something done about this, email POP.
It's now two months later and suddenly we're hearing vague complaints?
Also please stop talking about racism.
Last time I checked, you're all the same "race".
