candy doesn't let oyu go from happiny to blissey becuase chansey does not say it evolves from happiny, happiny only lets you evolve through his poewr

ya, tecnically babies don't evolve so rare candies arent needed on this deck. I dont like the ray tech because it takes many spots in your deck. Get rid of those things and use trainers/supporters to help you get the cards you need fast. GL and watch out for those anti-blissey communists...
