Pokémon TCG: Sword and Shield—Brilliant Stars

Top BR Performers (Win %, Records, Medals)

This thread is for people with 3+ medals or 80%+.

You mean its for the ego-maniacs. If you want to see your ranking look it up on the Pokemon site. No one cares how many BR you won. You could have won 5 and it doesn't mean anything other than your the big fish in a small pond. Win consistently over a prolonged period of time (like years) AND win vs a tougher field of opponents like Regionals, Nationals, and Worlds. That's impressive.

Winning a Battle Road is definitely an accomplishment but I dont think this thread is really necessary. You can see who won what BR in the other Organized Play threads or read nonsense about TRUKs in the Tournament Report area.

Thank you.

PS - So far in my area, Props go to Bobby Malec. He plays like a champ and is humble about it. Hes been playing well consistently now for a while. Very nice classy guy.

Interesting note... Team R is 1-2-3 in the world in masters

1 Bobby Malec 1695.25 MA FL US
2 Andrew Mondak 1686.54 MA OH US
3 Kant Shen 1684.72 MA ON CA

the kid above me has some SERIOUS sour grapes!
but he's right about my boo bobby!

First, Im not a kid. Second, I am not sour. I am just am getting a little tired (along with alot of other people on this site) of elitists tooting their own horn.

YESSSS 1 2 and 3 in masters ALL team R members!
*toots own horn*
I'm getting tired of people who are tired of people that are proud of their accomplishments...

Dont get me wrong. Congrats on your win. Congrats to all who won BRs. I am just tired of posts by certain people telling how great they and their friends are and how they are unstoppable because of their TRUK or their secret tech. Be proud of your accomplishments, I would be. However no need to rub it in people's faces.

The tournament reports are garbage because all they say is my pickup TRUK smashed him t2. That doesnt mean anything to anyone. Thats like me saying I won with my Iron Curtain deck. He was playing Shower curtain and he lost turn 2. A bunch of nonsense. No one knows what your'e talking about.

Im just voicing my opinion because i want to learn. I am not learning anything because of all the garbage posts lately. This is the online community for Pokemon where ideas and strategies are discussed and developed not where you brag how awesome you and your buddies with their TRUKs are. I may be wrong. Who cares anyway? I'm over it.

I look forward to playing you this year.

I'm still waiting for a 7-0 tourny to be uploaded so that's why my rating isn't in the top 10 yet.

Awww, nice to know I'm finally allowed to post on this thread, Kant. :p

Two victory medals, record 13-1 (93%, rounding up from 92.6%))

Battle road tourneys aren't going to mean a whole lot in the long run. They are small tournaments meant to get the season started. The one thing that really bugs me about the masters division is when you build a deck, and someone else sees it and is like "hmm, maybe I should pick up some of that card now." Just because you've seen it place well in a few tournaments. Part of the reason I refuse to play blissey, and am working to counter it in every way possible. I loathe blissey, but if I set up quickly enough, can sweep it with almost no trouble.

New season, new cards, new people to get ****** at the game. Welcome to Organized play and all the sour grapes that go with it.
