Happiny isn't needed in here, as Delcatty is suffiecient draw and happiny does nothing but slow the deck down. You definitely need more than 2 delcattys. 3-3-1 should be good. Rowan is inferior to Copycat so I think a couple Copycats should be the play in here (switch some happinys for another copycat and maybe 2 stevens). Great Ball is fine but Quick Ball is highly inconsistent, its more effiecient to play Master Ball, as the chances you have of getting a choice is greater than the chances you have of whiffing master ball entirely, making Masterball a better choice according to the odds. And def fit some Pluspowers, dropping charm, buffer and 1 time space distortions (2 is overdoing it in a deck with no Lv X).
