Dialga Nature

What Nature should i get for Dialga? He has a very high Sp Atk, and a high Atk. So I'm thinking of going with Timid, Hasty, Jolly, or Naive to Raise his speed. Jolly might be the way to go, seeing as how he has a really high Sp Atk. But what do you guys think? Am i going about this the wrong way?

Yes. Jolly is one of the WORST natures for Dialga. You have to understand that because he has high SA, you do NOT want to lower it. If you plan on giving your Dialga a Special moveset, then Modest is what you want. If it is Physical, use Adamant.

Also, don't forget about Synchronize!

Ok, thanks for helping me out. Normally i wouldn't even care what Natures the Pokemon has. But i figured i'd start paying more attention. I have a Alakazam in my second Diamond, and he is useless. I don't recall the nature, but i'm sure it's the wrong one.

Jolly Dialga is by far not the worst thing, especially if you get one with great IVs. Jolly is still +Spd, just means that you'll be using a dedicated physical Dialga as opposed to a mixed-ish one with Draco Meteor or something. Naive I think can be worse (you'd want Hasty over it) since Naive is -SpD, and most ubers are Special-Oriented. Hasty is -Def, but the only really good Physical Uber is Groudon these days anyways, and he'll KO you with EQ almost regardless.

Well, Dialga's got 60 more Special Attack than Attack. SA > A.

That may be almost true (your values are off), but Physical Dialga will catch quite a few things off guard, in addition to not being completely walled by Blissey.

Also, Dialga only has 30 more points in its Base SpA compared to Base Atk (150 SpA compared to 120 Atk), and 120 Atk is still a very respectable number.
