10 Pokemon
----------
2 Mawhile (cg)
4 Shieldon
4 Bastiodon

34 Trainers
-----------
4 Armor fossil
3 Rare candy
2 Energy Switch
3 Castaway
4 Buffer piece
4 Pokedex
4 Pokenav
2 fossil excavator
2 celio's
2 windstorm
1 Night Maintanace
3 Quick ball

16 Energy
---------
3 Dre
2 Scrambel
4 Sp Metal
7 Metal

Strategy: Start with mawhile and fetch some supporters/candy/fossils wathever you need. Get out bastiodon asap, whit a sp energy or 2. Fetch buffer piece and prevent damage but look that the opp does 10 or so. Then hit back whit 100 or 90 (dre) (40 bench ofcourse). If you have shieldon use hard plate + sp met energy and buffer piece (-50 to - 60). Any fixes?

with 2 basic in your deck, you significantly increases the hand of the opponent (fossils are trainers, therefore you don't play them in the 1 turn). Put 2 mawile PK for a powerful hand disruption in the 2 turn.

I thought you could put Fossils face-down on the table during the initial set-up, even though you couldn't play them on your first turn if you were playing first?

Your are correct. Fossils count as basic Pokemon in the inital setup so therefore can be placed during setup. If you go First, then you can't place them on your turn, but if you already have them, then you will have probably placed them!

Furthermore, if you have one in your starting hand, you have to start with it. Also, why aren't you running Holon Fossil? Its still legal, and if you have a Shieldon in your hand and one in your deck, then you get one regardless of coin flip results.

Because holon fossil doesn't work on shieldon.

A fossil counts as a basic pokémon in your starting hand so you need to play it. If you start whit mawhile and fossils then you would lay down that fossil on the first turn.

Holon fossil is not for shieldon as said before.

Now some fixes on the deck please :p.

OK did some play testing and i'm having a bit of trouble whit the draw as i actully dont draw that much. I was thinking of adding TGW but i always lose it. I cant use TV Reporter as i almost need every card in the deck so i was thinking of adding prof cuz or bill's maintanace. A bit of reshufflle could not hurt too. I also was thinking of an metagross ex wich can do good bench damage too if they have the same pokémon lying there wich can also help whit the draw.

So option 1:
- 1 Pokenav
- 1 Pokedex
- 1 Shieldon
- 2 Energy switch
+ 1 - 1 - 1 Metagross ex
+ 2 Bills maintanace

Opt 2:
-1 Pokenav
- 2 Pokedex
- 1 Shieldon
- 2 Windstorm
+ 3 Bill's maintanace
+ 3 Prof cuzo

PS: It's HP on till MT here (no sw legal yet)
