Yep, and I'd also say that is also the best Blissey ever. It is the best because of its HP and superior damage output and speed. I am refering to the Diamond & Pearl: Mysterious Treasures Blissey. But thethirdckelly1, Blissey has a rough time against Gallade. What are you trying to do?

Maybe just Blissey by itself since that build isn't reliant on Poke-Powers, and it is fast.

Use Banette and Lake Boundary in it so you can just one shot everything they have.

BanBliss is ok. Straight Bliss is the best one.
I LOVE Banbliss. Favourite deck EVER. Maybe because I play it. Just bring up Banettes and swarm, then when you finally get a breather from your Banette swarm (reusing with NM/TSD and Banette's second attack), you bring up a fully loaded Blissey for the last few Prizes. Put a Lake Boundary in there if there's alot of Gallade/Mario in your area to OHKO Gallade with Banette's second attack.

Ban bliss is the best if you play Lake boundry. You just go speed ban in the beginging and use lake boundry to kill the galades in one shot. So if you don't play banbliss with lake boundry against gallade though then the match up is 50-50 or worst.
