    Super scoop up active?

    I did a search and read the compendium but I didn't see the answer. Can I use super scoop up on my active pokemon and move a different one up from my bench? I know I can scoop up my active if I don't have any benched pokemon but what if I wanted to use it like a switch?

    Can you use the Ascension attack on the first turn to evolve into Zoarark? I thought you couldn't evolve at all on the first turn but this is an attack not for my hand?
