    Blisseon

    Slow. You need to have Leafeon active to be able to level it up. Then you have to retreat it and send Blissey. I'd say take out 2 Steven's, 1 Strenght Charm and a Plus Power for 3 Warp Point and a Holon Adventurer. Also, replace Oak and Roseanne's for TV Reporters and Mentors.
