Yeah. The Japanese text says something like, "Choose an Active/Benched Pokemon, switch this Pokemon." I figured the "this Pokemon" meant the Pokemon you were choosing, but it's actually a self referencial back to the Pokemon using the Power. Gardy X is still awesome though.
