Garbodor really isn't a threat to be honest. Anyone teching tool scrappers just for that is wasting space. Mewtwo does the job just fine. Also, I'd drop pluspower, in the end without junk arm its just a simple throw in card and in Zekrom there really shouldn't be throw ins.

Of course one of the best cards in the set is the secret rare :P

Not true at all. Those who won all those City tournaments were determined to get the invite, worked extremely hard at it, and their hard work got rewarded. Don't go bashing the system and their achievements just because you have some sour grapes.

Piplup: Way more than 11 6-3's made it into Top 64. I seeded in 45th and I was 6-3, and there were plenty of 6-3's ahead of me.

For the record, Skyarrow is better than ruins of alph and battle city. If you're playing Tornadus EX, you should play Smeargle, and if you're playing smeargle, you should play skyarrow.

I played the deck for a while and I can say 100% that the deck is not dead. It has a very positive dark matchup, perhaps a slightly unfavorable eel matchup, and a favorable cmt matchup. You just need to work out a strong list.
