If you look at the meta from cities for seniors it was about 90% Gyarados and a couple of Luxchomp and Gengar, so you can expect something similar to that for Provincials but with a little bit of Lostgar in there probably.

Except for the fact that good Uxie Donk lists dont play collector. On topic, I think that Luxchomp, Dialgachomp, and Sableock will go the farthest with Lostgar close behind.

A simple solution to the gengar player hurling your pokemon is to just play a high amount of lookers and opt to draw 1 card or however many you need if you really want to risk it getting a pokemon.
