Personally, I like the 9-12 drop. It was awkward that 9-12 and 13-16 got a different amount of points, so splitting the difference (if you don't want to change them) makes a lot of sense to me.

You would struggle, at least in the United States, to get most local police departments to care about that size of theft, even if it stays within their city. Add to that the pain of paperwork etc. involved with something international, and no one will ever bother.

Me, for one. I've never met Gino in my life and do not know what he looks like. So the only outcome is that I am hyper aware of my surroundings, which while prudent in all situations, is not the atmosphere TPCi wants associated with their game.

I can't confirm this obviously, but it is TYPICALLY the case that you can click on the streamer's name (in this case, the Purple link that says "Pokemon") and click "past broadcasts." This allows you to watch previous streams. Streamers can set these to be subscriber only but I can't imagine...
