could someone tell me some good techs that can help PLOX stand up in this for mat?

i would like to know if PLOX/GG would get totaly pooped on in this format or is it still a viable deck to run? i had left pokemon for awhile and if PLOX gets totaly pooped on i would like to know which deck i should run this format:confused:
