Concerning the both decks, the strategy is extremely flawed. If you KO a Pokémon, you get a card into your and and thus can get OHKO at that moment. If you stall both sides can just cycle their deck with Claydol, and time is called and the opponent probably wins because of a Warp Point creating...

I think Team Galactic's Wager is a much better card than Team Galactic Mars since you run Claydol. Hope this helps ^_^

Banette Dark Switch already heals itself. I think Memory Berry is useless then. Toxic already says Furret for PokeDrawer +, so you might want to switch the Memory Berry for PokeDex Handy 910. Now your deck would be fastest. Hope this helps. ^_^

I think a Mesperit in a donk deck is a bad idea. You have that Uxie, possibly Unown R, and other Bench Pokemon to use. Mesperit just slows the whole deck down. Just my opinion, of course. ^_^

I like your deck! But wouldn't Broken Time Space help your opponent more than you if they play Stage Twos? I think you such use something else. Hope that helped ^_^

Mightyena LA is a rather nice Stage One. It can deal about 80 damage for two energies, provided you have a full bench and two Special Dark Energies on it. It is also a nice counter to basics with no Unown G on them. Hope I helped! ^^

Don't forget that you cannot use another Luxury Ball after the first time. I say you should go with 1-1 Uxie rather than 2 Uxie because not only does it use less space, it can continue nabbing good cards and Kingdra is a late-gamer. Hope that helps! ^-^

I think you have too many energy. 15-16 is normally enough. Maybe some Bebe's and Roseanne's will help make the deck faster. Hope that helps! ^-^
