Does DCE count as 2 Darkness Energy when attached to Hydreigon?

Does Eviolite subtract 20 damage from Bolt Strike's damage on Zekrom? It looks like it does by the wording of it: "If the Pokemon this card is attached to is a Basic Pokemon, any damage done to this Pokemon by attacks is reduced by 20 (after applying Weakness and Resistence).

If I attach a Defender to a Zekrom, then does it reduce the 40 taken from Bolt Stike?

You need 3-4 Reshiram. Take out Zoroark and Dodrio. You need 3-4 Rare Candy. You do not need Burned Tower. You most definatly need more Fisherman and more Energy Retrieval.

I run Cleffa in my ZPS and it works quite well. I would suggest removing the Tyrogue, and removing the Ruins of Alph for 3 Cleffa.
