I was considering making it more Raikou dependent for the sniping ability. I don't mind the extra cost since they fit into a collection nicer. Easier to find people willing to get rid of one. Is there much change required to make it Raikou dependent?

I've only recently started, and my local league isn't exactly drowning in them. :P I'd have to invest cash in them.

Are you sure it will last that long? That makes them a slightly better investment.

This is my main concern about paying for them. I'm fine with cards rotating out, since I'll still keep them in my collection, but I don't see catchers being too valuable if they rotate out.
