Take out Regiggigas EX and put in smeargle. Your deck will have little consistency otherwise. Eviolite is also a really unecessary card, because it ruins consistency

This card is completely useless. high retreat cost, low base hp and bad attacks both in term of dmg and effects. Might be more played when dark rush cards come out, and the focus on poketools will become much much larger than before. Right now the card can probably not be used at all. 2/10

I guess if you want to use a victini deck, then this might be a good 1-1 tech. Why? because victini works great with escavlier, and mystic evolution would be a nice attack to take advantage off. Anyways, It does to little dmg to be considered in this metagame so 3/10

I think it may be good with appropiate support cards. If you could get up an archeops really and hinder evolutions fr example. Perhaps tech in donphan against the basic pokemon decks, like zekrom, that would counter a combo like that. Either way i am intrigued by such a card and hope it will...
