Can I ask why ERL? ERL serves no useful purpose in this deck that I can see. (That is to say, that I'm correct in presuming ERL is Entei/Raikou Legend, given that I'm not fully up to speed on the new abbreviations for cards yet)

Would Special Metal Energy's effect prevent the damage Forretress does to itself when Forretress uses its "Everyone Explode Now" attack? I can't remember if it does, those the wording on Special Metal indicates that it does indeed reduce the damage. Can I just get some clarification on this...
