Lugia Legend's Elemental Blast says to "Discard a Fire, Water, and Lightning Energy attached to Lugia Legend". If I had a Rainbow energy attached to LL and I use Elemental Blast, could I just discard the Rainbow energy since it is all types at once or does that "and" mean I have to discard more...
