Don't forget about metapod, who let's grass types loose weakness. Or Celebi who accelerates grass energy. When grass legendaries/ex hit, there surely will be a boost in hype.

Cards that block healing (i.e lunasol tech, and the upcoming Bronzong ability) would be happy to have this tech. Also Absol Prime themed decks could easily fit this in.

When it reads '40 more', you play it as 40 extra from the base damage. It would be cool, but it doesn't rule that way.
