    Also, IVs?

There's been guides and videos about the mechanics and process for a while, so a quick search on YouTube should yield some decent results, saving me the time of typing up the whole essay of a how-to guide you'd bee looking for lol However, I can answer your gen3 question. IV's do exist in gen...

    Deck Help

Your Pokemon lines are kind of all over the place. I've seen solid lists for Yveltal decks, Charizard decks, Pyroar decks and Lugia deck variants, but this looks like a list of 4 different Pokemon decks thrown together that hopes to draw something that will coherently fall together. I'd say...

    Malamar Energy Control Deck Suggestions

The Porygon seems like too much work for too little payoff. 50 damage and confusion on a stage 2? It's just slowing down the whole deck at that point. I'd think you'd be better off increasing Trainers Mail, Hammers, and tossing in a couple Battle Compressors, since your Malamar just digs the...

    Next set preview: X&Y Breakthrough!

Think for just one minute. Raichu decks are already a thing. Add a lighting energy and more HP, Raichu becomes more playable, even if it's only a little harder to KO. Same with the Noivern. I've run a Noivern (Echolocation/Boomburst) deck online. How annoying do you think it would be to not only...

    Tyrantrum/Flareon

It's an interesting idea, but the first issue I see is WAY too much energy. 20 is a LOT, and without Battle Compressor running your fire energy to where you want it, your consistency in getting down the Tyrantrum will be too low. Don't get me wrong, I like the idea and I think it has potential...

    Battle Subway Lineup Options

I also have a Rhyperior on the side, Equake, Rock Wrecker, Megahorn and Hammer Arm with Zoom Lens to compliment its horrible speed. I guess a bulky/atk Metagross COULD do that but it seems its base speed might be too high to pull it off just right.

    Battle Subway Lineup Options

You're mistaken about Steadfast. When a Pokemon that HAS Steadfast flinches, its speed goes up, not when it induces flinching. I'm actually redoing my Lucario set, one with Nasty Plot, Aura Sphere, Flash Cannon and something else, and one with Swords Dance, Close Combat, Bullet Punch, and...

    Battle Subway Lineup Options

Oh well. I knew Flying Gem+Acro made for epic power, but Acro55+Technician is still decent power if it'll be a KO before a metal gem gets used up. I'll need to train 3 Scizor for this then... one for the Metal Gem/Acro mix, one for SD+Life Orb and one for Choice Band... Only problem is that for...

    Battle Subway Lineup Options

Oh that does sound interesting. I was familiar with the power packed Choice Band/Bullet Punch or Life Orb set, but I never thought Acrobatics would be a viable set. Does Acrobatics still get Technician boost since it's base power is 55, or does its doubling effect negate Technician?

    Battle Subway Lineup Options

I was actually considering rebreeding/training a Gliscor for Jolly or Adamant, with Speed/Atk EVs. Either Flying Gem+Acrobatics or sticking with Toxic Orb/Protect, but I might be leaning more towards the raw power. I could see Dual Chop, but as a Choiced Garchomp I was trying to figure out...

    Battle Subway Lineup Options

I'm trying to blast the battle Subway and am having trouble after the 3rd set of fights. Here's what I've been using lately, as well as some other things I throw in from time to time. Looking for constructive criticism, and am open to trying new things. I usually go with the first 3, but let me...

    Team Building in Gen V

If you're going for VGC, you'll pretty much be following Battle Subway rules which bans Zekrom anyways. You also seem to prefer bulky, low-speed Pokemon. It may benefit the team to switch some of them for faster alternatives, like Infernape/Blaziken for your Heatmor, or Alakazam for Musharna. In...

    Pokemon Rumble Blast - Passwords

Would it also be best to wait until the world rank is raised to 10 before getting the legendaries?

Early Rotation announced: HGSS-on as of July 1st!

Yes! Now my Zek/Resh deck might stand up a bit better since I don't have to worry about rediculous t-1 damage drops. It was hard getting 3 of them out for my starting hand, and Sabledonk could STILL pull off the 260 damage on t-1 to KO 2 of them after a Seeker. (at least, in theory it could...
