Logically, a complete unpeeled set would be worth more. While you can buy a complete unpeeled set and peel it, you can't buy a peeled set and unpeel it. That's of course assuming that the set would be sold as a complete set and not individual cards. Certain cards might fetch a little more...

You can see that the Charizard is not shadowless. The OP saw a non-shadowless Charizard and a first edition symbol and knew it had to be fake. If the Charizard had been in English, the OP would have been correct. Non-English base sets did not have shadowless versions, so their 1st editions...
