I would guess from that list that he is running Sableye and/or Call Energy. If Pokemon and special energy are part of the strategy, it would be helpful to list those as well.

In addition to the reasons listed above, it is a bench-sitter that can be sniped in one-shot by Garchomp C X, one of the best/most popular cards in the format.

Between Cyrus and Honchkrow G, it's easy to get SP radar and get those cards out fast, if you don't happen to have Collector in your initial hand. Plus you run a ton of rescue cards, so getting them back won't be a problem. Maybe bump up the SP radar by one if you go to 2/2 crobat/skuntank though.
