your thinking of the wrong gyarados, hes using the one from mysterious treasures which does more damage for how many damage counters are on it with the right magicarp of course

kingdra is still around and the new gyarados is awesome too, but in this format, there are so many good decks so there might not even be that much of a metagame anywhere (hopefully). try it and find out i guess.

i would take out a roseannes or two for more of the dawn stadium so it will be more consistant:thumb: otherwise, it seems like a good deck
