I'm not to sure you can get anymore depth than that and they gave us an answer to these actions made by these players, it's as light as day, it's cheating.

There's a trick called the double nickel shuffle that is considered "cheating" which he used and more than 100+ caught it on the stream. Since you said that he didn't get a good shuffle and the shuffle he used was was not considered a shuffle, there should be consequences to this matter.
I'll 100% take back that accusation I made earlier. But in your mind, do you think these people should get the proper penalty or consequences or do nothing as nothing ever happened as its just part of the game? If you have a different perspective on this situation, please share.

My friend and myself played against him. He got the exact cards at the exact same turn. Remember this was during Swiss not top cut. It's funny, getting the exact same setup for 5 straight games?
Another claim to be made, Zach's brother was also cheating as well. Most people who faced him during Swiss recall him getting T2 Plasma gale and 3 deoxys every game.
