He's still usable. For the Normal dragons, often eviolite doesnt make a difference, and only needing a pluspower for an eviolited zekrom. Anyone running reshiram, most likely plays it with typhlosion, making eviolite pretty useless anyway. Kyurem cant be koed by zoroark with or without eviolite...
