A specific example would be Bianca. She was first printed in Emerging Powers but was then again printed only as a full art later on in Boundaries Crossed. Would the full art printing make all versions of her legal in the Next Destinies-on rotation?

It's disappointing to see magic have $30,000 prize purses at very similarly sized events with 1st place getting $3,500 stretching down $200 for top 64. Most of us are still gonna play if they didn't have any prizes at all, but we really deserved to be treated better.

tl;dr everyone knows exactly what you're playing as soon as the first round starts in any tournament that's smaller than a regionals. And not net decking is just unnecessarily handicapping yourself.
