I would put in a Mewtwo EX because Kyogre EX will just get destroyed by any electric deck. This deck has the potential to be good but Zekroms makes it so it is not possible.

I like this list but you really need 2 vileplume i case 1 is prized and for the bellosom it is not such a big deal

For everyone who commented on my list I have now edited it and I think it is good but needs a little tweaking.

I think for your reshirams it should be 2 Reshiram EX (ND), 2 Reshiram (BW)

This deck doesn't look any good but you could just run blastgtr that is what you would want to run if you wanted to run a decent water deck.

The only thing is that I couldn't find room for a Blissey and I would lose all my energy cause of discarding energy

You have a good point if I can get my hands on a Mewtwo EX I will probably replace cleffa with that and for the ponts justs as a hand refresher.

I play tested with emboar its not good cause it gets catchered up. And i don't know about electric it could work but, i like trainer lock better.
