No, they count as two on jirachi, so I can just get 1 heads on stardust song and still be able to devolve 3.

I went 9-0 with it and I played 5 psychic and 3 dce you don't need rainbow/water because the only time that kingdra is a useful attacker is against donphan, but you already play a large yanmega line so there is no need to tech against it.

If you would read more carefully, you would see that in every situation besides getting both a spiritomb and a call energy, then it is pretty much useless. The odds of this are too low to waste four spaces in an already tight deck with energies that you can't use to attack.
