I think you would have to declare Victini's power before you attack, then when you attack, it kicks in. I could be wrong, but that seems like that's the way that it would work.

I agree with Cyrus, as an event on Sunday would be nice for the extras to keep occupied. Like a box tourney or something similar.

Aside from Parco's original Fossil Rule, you have Omanyte SS and PK, Kabuto SS, Lileep SS, and Anorith LM. All have an attack that let you search your deck and play Fossil Stage 1's as Basics.

Not necessarily, seeing as there are a few ways to put down Stage 1 Fossil Pokemon as Basics, so Ancient Skull will not always take place.
