Another thought is maybe some Rescue Enegy to put your KO'd Pokemon back into your hand to reuse (given these are stage 2 lines I find this is very helpful). Also maybe PONTS rather then Junipers as then you wont be discarding Pokemon you can not afford to discard given this is your olny line.

Would two more Junk Arms be good to allow more reuse of Catchers (since this is the main strategy, and also more reuse of any Dark Patch or Dark Claw in the discard? Also Zoroark (BW) with a Dark Claw and a special Dark will OHKO a Zekrom EX or Reshiram EX (150 + 20 + 10 = 180) but then also...
