    Look for the BW version of Cincinno as its 100 dmg for 2 colorless assuming you have a full bench (20x the number of benched pkmn you have) Also maxing out the gust of wind/pkmn catcher would be abetter idea over cheren. and then maby swapping out 2 energy retrieval for junk arm/item...

    well if your trying to speed up the gardvoir id run 4 pkmn comm and 4 rare candy. Although N is good and potentially game changing id still rather run 4 pont and 2 sages instead of 3-3 pont/N But this is all based on my playstyle and deckbuilding ideals so i could be wrong

    I dont think Prism energy serves much of a purpose here if your just going to manual attach it anyways may as well use fighting energy to remove the option of it being lost removered. Other that that its a pritty tight list. (Im assuming your playing from a limited cardpool)

    Or just put in Rainbow energy as once it hits roserade you proc both effects then use Unown [Return] to get them back and max potions to heal your roserade. But sadly with this current format its hard to keep anything on your bench without it dying after a turn or two.
