Sorry, I wasn't clear. You attack then retreat next turn to heal with Pokemon center, and send another Pokemon out with 0 retreat cost. Also, are you allowed to retreat twice within a turn? Retreat Zebstrika, heal some damage, retreat whatever pokemon took Zebstrika's place and then item lock?
