I have a question, with the fact that each Deoxys now has it's form included in it's name, are we now permitted to have four of each kind of Deoxys in a deck or are we still limited to just four Deoxys?

I would think so because of the shellos and burmy ruling.

You may have 4 Defense and 4 Speed and 4 Normal and 4 Attack Deoxys in your deck now. They all have differnt names. Before they all were just Deoxys (or Deoxys EX).

I wonder if that is the same with the new Castforms

Yep. Because the Castforms are NOT the same. Castform RAIN = Castform Rain and... Castform Water = Castform Water... so they're NOT the same pokemon. So, you could run like 12 of them 4 of ea.

I do believe it is the same with the castforms as well because of the same clause as Deoxys

It was like that with the old Castforms, too.
