Stuck at loading screen

As title. I can't even start up PTCGO, I can't get to the login screen... just the "LOADING" screen which lasts forever. I've tried re-installing the game again and again, even deleting all previous data like patchsettings.txt... nothing. Has anyone faced this problem?

Uninstall, remove data, and CCleaner.

If that fails, try installing in a different location.

What exactly do I do with CCleaner?

Download, and run. Actually, even without the TCGO madness, you already want/need to have CCleaner on your computer if it's a PC. Windows leaves so much trash behind when it's just running that you need to clean it up every once in a while. Specifically, the Cleaner and the Registry tool.

I'm on aa Mac running Yosemite with the same issue. Thoughts?
