Ok, so here's what I'm working with right now. As the title suggests, I'm running the Ninjask/Shedinja combo from Dragons Exalted and not having much luck. The concept is Ninjask's hit'n'switch for Shedinja who offers no prize when KO'd with Registeel/Kyogre EXs for bench damage and Mewtwo/Shaymin EX as "insurance". Any changes/improvements are welcome. Thanks.

I worked really hard for a couple months to try to make this work, and it still just doesn't compete with any of the better decks because of catchers :(((
 
too many Shedninja. They are OK late game when many catchers have been burned.

Ninjask takes two hard attachments to attack and only does 60.
I find that the opponent catchers it up and you end up behind on attachments to stay in the fight.
 
Ok, so I had an idea, took out Registeel EX, 3 Ninjask, and the 2 Pkmn Communication and added a Tornadus EX, and now I have room for 5 more cards, what should I add in? I know I need 3 or 4 Catchers, but what else should I consider substituting?
