i can't log in to the game

i can login the pokemon tcg online website
but i can't login to the game itself. when i try to log in it freezes on authentication . and after i try to reinstall it it gets stuck on the cake refreshener while it tries to update the game.
please help help me, up untill now the game worked for me only once

im assuming its an old version issue.completely uninstall and remove all files asociated with PTCGO programme,then download and install the one from PTCGO website and just go outside untill it updates completely.time varies from player to player because of connection/computer configuration.

Same thing happens when I try to install.

I did what ticka222 said and cake refreshener just loops FOREVER. I even went to work, let it loop, and came back to no avail.

Mad annoying.

same here i tried what you said and it keeps looping on the update stage , i even tried to install it on a diffrent computer and the same thing happened again
is it possible i am downloading from the wrong place
